Shipment Processing Time

All shop items are ready to ship unless specifically marked as a made to order product which will have its processing time included in the listing. Orders for ready to ship items are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipments do not dispatch on weekends or holidays. If there are unexpected delays with the processing of your order I will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Regular Shipping:

  • Canada Post Regular Parcel (1-10 business days): $5, free over $200 with code FREE1

  • UPS Standard (1-7 business days): $5, free over $200 with code FREE2

Express Shipping:

  • Canada Post Xpress Post (1-2 business days): $9, free over $250 with code FREE3

  • UPS Express (1 day): $20

Estimated delivery times are based upon the carriers’ provided information, and may vary. Please note that ongoing labour disputes can make Canada Post a less reliable shipping option in terms of delivery speed. UPS does not deliver to all Canadian addresses, so Canada Post may show up as the only option for your address.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

All packages come with tracking information, you should receive an email with your tracking number within 2 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hannah W Craig Fine Craft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage or Loss

All parcels are packaged and labelled with utmost care to ensure your jewellery makes its way safely to you. Hannah W Craig is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is lost or you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a damage claim. International Shipping Policy

My online shop is currently only set up to provide domestic shipping within Canada. I’m hoping to have shipping to the USA and internationally available on the website soon! In the meantime, please contact me directly to inquire about options for international orders.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, please contact me directly via email at hannah@hannahwcraig.com to initiate the return process. Paying for return shipping with tracking information is the responsibility of the customer, and you can expect to receive a refund to your original means of payment once the shipment is confirmed to be in the mail.
